Effective 6 September 2026
Privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including your first and last name, email, optional WhatsApp number, contact subject and message, company, website, startup stage, target raise, sector, time zone, pitch or fundraising context and service preferences. For purchases, we receive transaction details from Stripe such as checkout session ID, product purchased, amount, payment status and customer email.
We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms.
2. How we use information
We use information to process orders, verify payment, deliver downloads, arrange consultations, evaluate service inquiries, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases and form submissions
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract, take steps at your request before entering a contract, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests such as responding to requested communications, security, fraud prevention, service improvement and business administration. Where required, we rely on consent.
When you submit a contact, services or paid-consultation form, you acknowledge that we will process the submitted information for the stated purpose of responding to your request or delivering the service. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing communications.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to host the site and forms, process payments, store transaction or submission data and operate communications. These providers process data for us under their applicable agreements. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Netlify hosts the website, server functions and submitted forms.
5. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
6. Retention
We keep purchase and tax records for the period required by law. Service inquiries and consultation briefs are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the service, maintain business records and resolve disputes.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Submit a request through the contact form and write “Privacy request” in the subject.
8. Cookies and logs
The site does not use advertising cookies at launch. Hosting and payment providers may process essential technical data such as IP address, device or browser information, request logs and security signals to operate and protect their services.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including server-side payment verification and restricted digital delivery. No internet service is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
